Crunchies2 cups of oats

1 cup sugar

2 tsp Bicarb

1/2 cup Butter

1 cup Coconut

1 cup Flour

2 tbls Syrup

  • Mix the dry ingredients.
  • Boil up syrup and butter.
  • Add bicarb and then add mixture to dry ingredients.
  • Spread the mixture into a baking tray.
  • Heat up oven to 205 degrees Celsius and when hot turn off and bake crunchies until dried out without the oven on.
