Crunchies

2 cups of oats
1 cup sugar
2 tsp Bicarb
1/2 cup Butter
1 cup Coconut
1 cup Flour
2 tbls Syrup
- Mix the dry ingredients.
- Boil up syrup and butter.
- Add bicarb and then add mixture to dry ingredients.
- Spread the mixture into a baking tray.
- Heat up oven to 205 degrees Celsius and when hot turn off and bake crunchies until dried out without the oven on.
