Easy Butternut Soup

Butternut SoupServes 4

30ml Margarine

Butternuts peeled

125ml Cream

1 Bunch of leeks chopped

1 l Chicken stock

1ml Paprika

  • Melt the margarine in a pan.
  • Saute the leeks until soft.
  • Add butternut and chicken stock and simmer until the mixture forms a puree.
  • Add cream and blend well.
  • Heat through and serve with a dash of paprika and homemade bread.
