Mini Cheese Scone Loaves

Cheese Scone Loaves1 cup plain flour

1 level desert spoon baking powder

1,5 cups grated Cheddar Cheese

1,5 tsp mustard powder

1 tsp salt

1 egg beaten and topped with milk tjo fill a measuring cup (250ml)

  • Mix all together and fill into 6 mini loaf or muffin tins sprayed with non stick spray.
  • Bake at 220 degrees Celsius for between 18 and 22 minutes.
  • If using loaf tins, make a slit on the top of the loaf while still warm and add butter.
