Oyster Bisque

Serves 4
Packet of cream of chicken soup
1 tin smoked oysters or muscles
10ml Parsley
125ml cream
15ml Sherry
- Make up 1 packet cream of chicken soup, using half water and half milk.
- Add one tin of smoked oysters halved.
- 10ml dried parsley and simmer for a further five minutes.
- Stir 125ml of cream and 15ml sherry.
- Serve immediately.
