Oyster BisqueServes 4

Packet of cream of chicken soup

1 tin smoked oysters or muscles

10ml Parsley

125ml cream

15ml Sherry

  •  Make up 1 packet cream of chicken soup, using half  water and half milk.
  • Add one tin of smoked oysters halved.
  • 10ml dried parsley and simmer for a further five minutes.
  • Stir 125ml of cream and 15ml sherry.
  • Serve immediately.
