Quick Easy Scone Recipe – My Favorites!
If you are looking for a quick easy scone recipe for your tea, you have come to the right place, however, I have a few quick easy scone recipes here that I would like to share with you.

Quick Easy Scone Recipe Number 1:
You will need:
2 cups self-raising flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons of butter, melted
1 cup milk
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
Melt your butter and set aside.
Sift the flour and the salt into a large mixing bowl.
Slowly add the milk and butter to the flour. Work the milk and butter in with a knife using a cutting action.
Do not knead the dough.
Place on a lightly floured tray and gently roll to about 5cm thick. Cut with a 5cm scone cutter or the top of a narrow glass.
Place the scones close together on a baking tray and lightly brush the tops with a little extra milk.
Bake for 10 – 15 minutes.
Quick Easy Scone Recipe Number 2:
You will need:
Place these two ingredients into a shaker with measurements on it like the one below. If you don’t have one and like the look of this one, you can click on the pic to find out more about how to get one for yourself.
Fill the shaker up to 300ml with milk.
Shake then add:
375 ml flour
20 ml baking powder
2 ml salt
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Spoon the shaken mixture into muffin pans.
Bake for 9 – 10 minutes.
Quick Easy Scone Recipe Number 3:
You Will Need:
2 heaped cups of flour
4 heaped tablespoons of caster sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
3 tablespoons butter
Rub together all the dry ingredients and the butter.
Add moisture to form a dough.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
